Aug 10, 2011:
WEIGH-INS
All 1st-8th graders (9th grade does not have a weight limit) who do not want to be marked as an "X man" must weigh-in on Saturday, August 20, from 9:00am to 12:00pm at Lehi High School. Come dressed in no less than shorts and shirt. No need to organize by team, just find the correct line according to grade and you're set.
July 31, 2011:
EQUIPMENT
This Thursday, Aug. 4th, from 4:00 - 6:00pm, will be the last opportunity to receive or exchange any football equipment. The hand-out will be held at Highland Hideaway Storage, north of Smith's Marketplace. Any other request for equipment exchange will require an after-hours appointment and incur a $20 fee.
WEIGH-INS
Weigh-ins this year will be slightly different. There will only be one opportunity to weigh-in. The date for the weigh-in is August 20th. Time and place is TBA. If you do not attend this weigh-in, your player will automatically be labelled an "X-man" and can only play in a lineman position on offense. No exceptions will be granted.
July 27, 2011:
Hopefully everyone has all their equipment. If not, there will be one more additional opportunity to pick-up or exchange equipment during the first week of practice on Thursday, August 4th, from 4-6:00pm. More information will be sent by email.
If you don't want to wait until then, you may arrange an appointment but there will be an after-hours fee of $20.00.
July 24, 2011:
The season is about to begin!! Practices and tryouts begin Monday, August 1st. You should have all received an email from your coach with information about when and where practices will be held. If you have not heard from them, their information (phone and email), along with your team's roster, can be found online. Simply log into your account and click the team name next to your player's name. While online, you may also upload a photo of your player that will be shown on the roster.
Our Online Fan Gear Store is still open and can be found here. All the gear is available and will be shipped directly to your home.
Games begin the week of August 23rd. Once all teams are formed and their rosters submitted to the Conference, the game schedules will be released.
Just for a review of the practice rules - teams are allowed to practice six days a week for two hours per day maximum up until August 20th. After that, a maximum of three practices a week, two hours each, is allowed. We rely on you, the parents, to make sure these rules are followed.
