Coaches Application Process

The LPYF Board has initiated this year a new application procedure for all head and assistant coaches.  The goal is to make the selection of all head coaches a more formal and fair process.  To complete the application, you must first register as a coach using the Registration link.  Once you have done this, return to this site and download the Coaching Application Form.  This form must be filled out and returned to the District.  For head coaches, the deadline for submission is May 16th, 2010.  To simplify the submission of this form, you may use Adobe Reader to open it, type in the required information, digitally sign it, save it with a new filename (append your given name to it), and email it to lpyf.admin@hotmail.com. Or, if you would rather, you may print it out, complete it, and mail it to the address on the application.  All head coaching applicants will be notified by June 20th, 2010.

Please read carefully the Coaching Requirements included with the application.  These requirements are also shown below.
