Frequently Asked Questions
  • Are there tryouts?: Yes, for grades 4-9, there are tryouts to determine A and B teams so players can be matched with other players of similar skill level and developed together.
  • When are tryouts?: Tryouts are typically somewhere around the week that includes the 24th of July. It varies by grade level and will be communicated as the time nears for those registered in that grade level.
  • When do practices start?: Practices start right after tryouts, so the last week of July.
  • How often will we practice?: It is up to the coaches but prior to school starting, there is no limit of practices so there could be practice every day. Once school starts, there is maximum of 3 practices a week and most coaches take all 3. This does not include any film sessions for older grades.
  • When are games and when do they start?: Most grades will play on Saturdays, though a few will play during the week in the evenings. Games start the same week as the beginning of school.
